Bedford College is a not-for profit training organisation established in 1944 by the Baptist Union of NSW.  The College is extremely student-centred and has a long-standing reputation for excellence in training within a small, caring, Christian environment.


Two scholarships covering 50% of the tuition fee for the 2019 academic year are offered.  Applicants may choose from the following 40 week full-time diploma courses at either our Glebe or Norwest Campus.





Open days at Glebe and Norwest Campuses on 9 & 16 January and visitors are more than welcome to attend.

This documentary, presented by Centre for Public Christianity, confronts the best and worst of what Christians have done – and also traces the origins of Western values like human rights, charity, humility, and non-violence back to the influence of Jesus. Due to popular demand, you can now view this film in cinemas!

Cancer Council Fundraising

Ladies—you’re invited to a girls night in! Tania Spannenberg is hosting a cancer awareness fund raising night on 27 October at 23 Pardalote St, Ingleburn. This night is a great way to raise funds and awareness of women’s cancer. Please see Tania for more information.

Sculptures by the Sea

On 20 October the Young Adults will be going to Sculptures by the Sea! We will be meeting at the church at 9am to catch the train to Bondi. Make sure you wear comfortable shoes and bring water!

NSW & ACT Baptist Churches Drought Response

On behalf of the NSW & ACT Baptist Churches…

Dear Friends,

With alarm we continue to see the deepening impacts of the drought in many parts of NSW and beyond. It’s clear that farmers and rural communities throughout the state are experiencing conditions not endured for many years. Reports from leaders of our churches across these regions aligns with media reporting of the very significant pressure many rural communities are under, and the impacts of this on economic, social, physical and mental health. I had the opportunity to spend time with a number of our pastors and leaders in the west and north of NSW in recent weeks. Our churches in these regions are seeking to minister with the resources they have into their local communities, while at the same time often having people within their own congregations who are severely impacted.

In response to this ongoing situation and the growing desire from churches and individuals across our movement to assist, a NSW & ACT Baptist Drought Response is being initiated.
