Dates and Times

We will be leaving from Ingleburn Baptist Church on Friday, 27th of September at 6:30pm.

The youth are to be picked up at 11:30am on Monday, 30th of September at Cataract Scout Camp in Appin or contact Jo to make other arrangements.

Accommodation and Catering

State Youth Camp provides the full camping experience, meaning that all who attend stay in tents. IMPACT YOUTH provides tents to minimise the cost of the camp. State Youth Camp is fully catered from the Saturday to the Monday. There is also a cafe for the youth to purchase drinks and snacks throughout the weekend. Should any of the youth wish to bring some of their own food, they are more than welcome.

Cost of Camp

The price for camp has been reduced to help assist our families and to see all our young people attend. This year, the early bird cost of camp registered by the 5h of August 2019 is…

  • $140 for the first child (actually $190)
  • $120 for additional children (actually $170)
  • The standard cost of camp if you register after the 5th of August is $220.

Day tickets are also available if you are unable to make the entire weekend.

We want everyone to have an opportunity to be apart of this incredible time away together. To ensure that this is possible, we have budgeted in order that the cost of camp may be subsidised for those who need financial support. Please do not hesitate to contact Jo Irwin at should this be a helpful option for your family.
